Faculty of Tourism, Establishing Collaboration with Tehran Municipality Scientific Applied Training Center
The Faculty of Tourism, University of Science and Culture (USC) has signed an agreement with Tehran Municipality Scientific Applied Training Center, University of Applied Science and Technology, to hold academic and scientific collaborations in relation to software infrastructure of Urban Management in Tourism.
The agreement was signed between Dean, Faculty of Tourism, Dr. Manouchehr Jahanian, and Advisor to Tehran Mayor, Seyed Mousa Pourmoosavi at the University of Science and Culture.
The main purpose of this agreement is to develop academic and scientific cooperation in transportation, and raising the level of knowledge of, taxi drivers'.
The Dean of Faculty of Tourism, Dr. Jahanian said, “We hope that through our efforts and commitment, we will be able to develop stronger academic and scientific collaborations towards a successful implementation of this agreement and, promote knowledge and awareness at various management collections."
“The training courses will be provided in practical and specialized ways in accordance with the applicant’s needs, in addition for the purpose of, Tourism Awareness for Taxi Drivers such as how to deal with certain tourists and guidance,”he added.
